'keep ourselves awake, not by mechanical aid' - couldn't agree more. yes, please lets look at things w curious eyes at all times. things around us are ever changing. life shouldn't be something boring but a surprise each day. i always like how you find matching quotes to the images.
Glad you like it, your photos always have clear and captivating moods, so it's easy to find a matching quote. A lovely shot of these flowers in the night, caught by your curious eyes are a beautiful proof that surprises are all around us, waiting to be found. And that we must learn to reawaken ourselves again and again by beauty.
Glad you like it, Cécile. Yes, Into The Wild is one of the strongest movies i've saw lately, i've carried its emotion with me for days after i watched it. Among the various quotes, i liked the poem from the movie very much, "I Go Back to May" by Sharon Olds, recited by Chris McCandless.
Thinker and Luisa are back, one year later, with the blog Quoted Images, Imaged Quotes. Very much look forward to seeing you around and reading your comments and suggestions. Thinker and Luisa, November 2010
