:) thanks Thinker, I'm glad you like it :) the true story of this photo is quite simple (and not a love one, even though the interpretation is beautiful :) a group of friends (2 portuguese, 2 austrians) in london, in a russian restaurant. we couldn't agree on what we wanted to order so I did what I always do when I'm distracted: took photos of whatever was in front of me, in this case the poor rose which turned out to be the main subject of the evening :) this rose already appeared on this blog, 2 posts ago :)
This is one of my fav quotes, and the photo is a wonderful juxtaposition! I think I will use this quote in a new art book that I am making for Sew Somerset! thanks!
