A face

What is a face, really? Its own photo? Its make-up? Or is it a face as painted by such or such painter? That which is in front? Inside? Behind?

A face is a mirror. You can tell a lot about someone by looking at his/her face. But mostly when you know the person. You begin to understand the traces of a smile, the traces of an hidden nostalgia. the curiosity in the eyes. you can tell a lot, even when you don't know him / her :) in this case, as I know the portrayed one, I can tell a lot a bout his expression :) but even if I didn't know him, I guess I could tell some things. of course it would be more likely I would be wrong... hmmm, not sure if all these make any sense...

(I forgot to say, the match is great as always, one that makes me think and question) :)

Glad you like the match Luisa.
Yes, i guess faces are readable sometimes, especially if we know the face and its owner well:) But there is also truth in the quote by Pierre Corneille: "The face is often only a smooth imposter."
